We Don't Cancel Classes*
Classes may be canceled due to emergency or natural disaster situations.
Our Policy
TecHelp provides the very best training you can find in the Greater Bay Area. We do have a money back guarantee which simply states that if, for any reason, you feel you have not received the proper training, TecHelp will refund 100% of your cost prior to taking the final exam for that course.
TecHelp recommends that you check the history of the institution as well as the instructor that you are looking at taking instruction from. If a school, shop, or instructor has had disciplinary action taken against them, a student has the right to know. It is public information and the Department of Consumer Affairs provides that information under the License and Complaint History section. Simply click on the link, type in the name of the instructor or shop, and search.
Discounts
Students signed up for the following classes who pay in full on the first day of class receive a 10% discount. Deposits will be subtracted from tuition costs.
